Recently, Danny Hatcher published a video on YouTube called “How I wrote NaNoWriMo in Obsidian.” He is engaged in a large, exciting writing project and discusses his workflow. I like how he uses Canvas Candy; perhaps it will give you some ideas for using it in your own work if you are a writer. Taking Obsidian Canvas a step further with ExcaliDraw and Canvas Candy

One of my favorite PKM developers, Zsolt Viczián, updated his ExcaliDraw for Obsidian plugin to support Canvas Candy. With this update, it’s even easier to bring Excalidraw drawings into Canvas and make them appear as if they are a native part of Canvas. In this video, Zsolt demonstrates this new feature. Make sure to check out Zsolt’s work at https://excalidraw-obsidian.online/. I hope you are enjoying using Canvas Candy. If you have done any interesting drawings with it, please share them with me, and perhaps I will share them with my larger audience on Twitter.
